is this work in progress?

default matrixside is not robust in the context of linearly indexed spectra, where the connectivity metrix is symmetric; this depends on the order in which the channelcmb are specified.

-renamed matrixside into directionality. -documented the functionality. -wrote test-script conclusion: indeed the linearly indexed undirected connectivity metrics may give unexpected results when not using the default. this happens when the order of the channels in the channelcmb does not matter such as for coherence. In this case the user should go with the default for cfg.directionality (which is now documented). addressed with revision 4594
