The tutorial about coherence has a bug http://fieldtrip.fcdonders.nl/tutorial/coherence I use fieldtrip-20120302 and get the error: ??? Error using ==> ft_appenddata at 266 there is a difference in the time axes of the input data

this is not a bug in the tutorial, it's a bug in ft_appenddata. The issue with non-overlapping time axes has been extensively discussed in our FieldTrip-team meeting today, and should be solved by now. If you update to the most recent version of FieldTrip it should be solved

Since I wanted to ensure that the bug was really gone, I have added a test script. With that script and the latest version I am not able to reproduce the problem any more. manzana> svn commit test_bug1397.m Adding test_bug1397.m Transmitting file data . Committed revision 5552. I have also made the tolerance identical (changed from 10*eps into 1% of the sample distance) manzana> svn commit ft_appenddata.m Sending ft_appenddata.m Transmitting file data . Committed revision 5554.
