the _ntt readout function has dimord 'leads_time_spike' but the _nse readout function has dimord 'time_spike' I would suggest this should by [1 x time x spike] then, so that it's always three-dimensional. A waveformdimord field should also be added to the readout functions

Martin Vinck - 2011-12-01 14:53:56 +0100

Tricky one since it would have to be adjusted for all the readout functions. Robert, what's your opinion?

Robert Oostenveld - 2011-12-01 14:55:28 +0100

do I understand it properly that it relates to multitrodes?

Robert Oostenveld - 2011-12-01 14:56:06 +0100

could you provide a test_bug1207.m test function with two (or more) small data files?

Martin Vinck - 2011-12-01 14:59:04 +0100

indeed, this concerns multitrodes, e.g. tetrodes.

Martin Vinck - 2011-12-10 11:47:20 +0100

added a .t file and .ntt file.

Changed status to assigned, since Martin seems to handle this problem. @Martin, what is the current status? Has the issue been resolved?

Robert Oostenveld - 2012-06-05 14:45:51 +0200

this has been fixed by Martin, it is now leads by time by spike

This closes a whole series of bugs that have been resolved (either FIXED/WONTFIX/INVALID) for quite some time. If you disagree, please file a new issue describing the issue on https://github.com/fieldtrip/fieldtrip/issues.
